CHANGES to the Business Skills Migration Program.

On 19th April 2010, the minimum eligibility requirements for Business Skills Migration came into effect. The aim of the changes is for business migrants to increase their potential contribution to the Australian economy. to create more jobs for Australians and to improve visa integrity.

State and Territory Governments who sponsor the majority of business migrants were consulted about the intended changes and their comments carefully considered.
